Color Meme

marydellthe idea is, you leave a comment here and I give you a color. Then you come up with 10 things you love that are that color and post them in your journal. If you want to, link to your answers here in the comments. It's been around before, but it's fun. :)

gailmom gave me fire engine red. I'll fudge a bit to include bright reds generally, since otherwise I will have to limit my list to fire engines, being a bit persnickity about color.
1. Apples. Although I prefer Galas and Fujis to Red Delicious.
2. Lisa Snellings' Poppets.
3. Nail polish
4. Poppies
5. Diet Coke. The beverage is not red, but the word "Coke" is, and since I'm full-on addicted to the beverage, the mere sight of the word makes me happy.
6. Charlie's red overalls, which he has now outgrown, sadly
7. Roses

9. Lego bricks, particularly the ones we had when I was a kid, which were mostly red & white. Those are now the cornerbrick of my collection.
