H1N1 Vaccine FTW!
Dec. 29th, 2009 01:36 pmCharlie, who can't have flu vaccines because of his egg allergy, is sick with something flu-like. He's been running a 99-to-100-ish fever for a couple of days and he moved along to wheezing yesterday afternoon, with a nasty chest cough to go along with. Xopanex & Tylenol & saline nasal spray & pedialite for him.
Mike, who got the seasonal flu vax but was too healthy to qualify for the H1N1 vax last month, has been running a 99-ish fever for a couple of days, has a headache and sore throat, and is tired tired tired. Tyenol & gatorade for him.
I, who got the seasonal flu vax 2 months ago and the H1N1 vax 1 month ago, had a 99-ish fever for a few hours a couple of days ago, which went away on its own. Since we all seem to have gotten hit at the same time and I'm the only one really resisting it, I deduce that we've got H1N1 in da house. I'm totally fine at the moment, with no flu-like symptoms, which is good since my guys need me to look after them. Caffeinated drinks for me.
