We could never leave Gavin's sleeve like that (in the first few pics). We have always rolled up long sleeves so if we even take too long when getting him dressed he gets mad!
I usually roll his long sleeves just a little bit so they don't get in his way, but he doesn't like them rolled up to expose his arm (Even though he likes short sleeves just fine). So unless it's creating a strangulation hazard, I let him have it the way he wants it.
