I ran into the same problem. the_future_modernes gave me the following advice:

"hit the embed button and click the box that says "use old embed code". Then you'll be able to use it!"

In the last DW update, there was something about YouTube changing their embed code to a kind that DW blocks for security reasons. DW's trying to get it fixed, but for now the solution is to use the old embed code.
