In a study that controls for caloric intake and fat intake, rats who consume high fructose corn syrup become obese while rats who consume sugar do not.

Now I just need to know what happens to rats who drink 6 Diet Cokes a day  like I do.  (No, I don't! Don't tell me! I'm sure it's something horrible.)

i have noticed i haven't seen that warm and fuzzy commercial from the corn syrup lobby on tv of late. hopefully this means it won't be seen again. i was rather irate at it. >=|

honestly, it has a depressive effect on the brain. i think i perked up my brother without antidepressants by getting him off it.

but hey! it really DOESN'T make you esplode.
