Date: 2010-01-26 09:48 pm (UTC)i know a lot of people drink those "water" drinks because they think they're water. and then the salt makes them MORE dehydrated and the sugar makes them hungry/fat. I'm one of those people who thinks the FDA should make them take "Water" off the label. (http://www.usnews.com/health/blogs/on-fitness/2009/1/15/vitaminwater-health-claim-lesson-read-labels.html). But apparently there's no salt in that one, so that's good!
