Charlie became our son a year ago today.






Big thanks to all of his internet aunties and fans who have helped me through this first year of motherhood! You are all totally awesome and I'm so fortunate to have your company on this journey.  And I'm so, so blessed to get to be a mother to this wonderful little guy.

Ahh! how did I miss commenting on this joyful anniverary, when all through this year's 4th Street I'd get these little flashes of memory that said "4th Street means it's almost a year since marydell got home and found out that she was suddenly a Mommy!" It was so neat, last year, to meet you and to put a face to your LJ and ML name, and then to hear the great news...
