Beauty routine meme

I believe I am competing withanne to be, as she says, the world's most tomboyish femme (for those who don't know me--this is me:
Although for me, probably just like many another middle-aged woman, moisturizers are SRS BSNS, so I suppose that's not utterly tomboyish, in either me or Anne).
My Foundation: Nothing.
My Mascara: Nothing.
My Blush: Chronic intermittent redness thanks to eczema or hot flashes or something.
My Moisturizer: Clinique Repairwear night cream is my main one for my face, with Pond's old-lady moisturizer or Lubriderm lotion for backups if it isn't handy or I run out. For my body, including the elbows of doom, I am currently using some kind of blue body butter from Target that comes in a pretty container and probably intends to smell like blueberries.
My Lipstick: I always forget to wear it, but my favorite is Clinique black honey "almost lipstick" which is a light lipstick. I put Chapstick moisturizer stick on all day long, and I use Eucerin cream on my lips a couple of times a night (I keep a pot on the bedside table).
My Shampoo: Bed Head Moisture Maniac (By now you will be detecting a theme....)
My Conditioner: None.
My Hair: Wash daily, towel dry, comb, ponytail or knot, most days. Sometimes I get all fancy and wear it down. Once it is dry, I put a little Occitane Shea Butter Hair Cream in it, or smooth it down with a little Lubriderm or hand cream.
My Soap: Hands, some kind of liquid moisturizing soap like softsoap. Body, mild liquid body wash (nothing that says "soap") with some kind of food smell, generally....right now I'm using a Crabtree & Evelyn Almond one.
My Favorite beauty store: Hmmmm....I like Sephora and Macy's, but Occitane is probably my favorite since they sell body wash AND moisturizers, which runs the whole gamut for me.
My Favorite Budget brand: Dove
My Favorite Premium brand: Occitane
My Essential Beauty Product: Moisturizer of every type. Also, Nexcare crack care liquid, alas (it's glue for your skin).
My Favorite Makeup Product: Clinique lipsticks in general--they don't taste weird like so many lipsticks, and they come in a lot of sheer colors, which is nice for an attention-avoider like myself.
My Perfume: Right now it's Calyx, which used to be by Prescriptives but now that's defunct so it's by someone else. Chanel #5 when I'm feeling mature (it's what my very elegant Grandma wore). Others I have worn in recent years: Chanel Chance, Givenchy Amirage. I was about to buy Chanel Coco a couple of years ago when my BIL went and bought it for his GF, so there went that plan. They've since broken up which either means I can buy it now or I must never never never buy it; not sure which.
My Nails: I go through phases where I manage not to bite them--my fingernails, I mean. I keep them trimmed and sometimes put a mild color of polish on them, but that makes them look tasty, which is to be avoided. I put dark polish on my toenails, most summers, but didn't last year because Charlie was afraid of my toes when I did.
My Feet: Occitane Shea Butter Foot Cream. Which barely helps.
My Hands: Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream, or Crabtree & Evelyn Gardener's hand cream, depending on which part of the house I'm in.
What Five beauty products could you not live without?
1. Shampoo

What’s the worst beauty mistake you’ve made? Bangs. Over and over and over. I like having actual short hair, but I never feel really comfortable with bangs, and then they take forever to grow out so I give up and cut them again. Not this time damn it! I've got them tucked behind my ear now, which means I have WON.
What does your daily skincare regime consist of?
Wash face with water, put on moisturizer. Bedtime, look in mirror and based on observation either 1- do nothing, 2-put on moisturizer, or 3-(once a week or so) clean with mild toner on a cotton ball and then put on a LOT of moisturizer. I can't use soap on my face without causing all sorts of havoc, so I don't try.
What does your daily cosmetics regime consist of? Think about lipstick, don't bother with lipstick.
Favorite Beauty treat? Food-smelling body washes. Philosophy makes a lot of really good ones.
What’s your “every girl must own one” item? A fluffy towel is always nice.
And finally, best beauty tip? Being fat makes you look younger than your real age!
